I was very impressed on how much cushion there is on the sole, almost as thick as a sneakers . The material is very breathable water can defiantly drain with ease, and it's the kind of material that drys fast. These are defiantly great for the pool ,walking on the beach,playing water sports. Also just to wear in a shower to make sure you don't slip. It's great that it's unisex because my husband loves them. They are a great choice.
