I need to sleep in total darkness any light disturbed my sleep. I have used many eye masks to help keep out the light. Non have ever been this soft! It is a well made mask. You can adjust the strap just like a bra strap very easy . The stitching is great. It has a opening to insert the gel mask so you can do both at the same time. I like to keep my gel masks in the fridge to help de-puff my eyes and also for my sinus headaches. There are even eye plugs ! This set is all you need for a good night's sleep. I love it and highly recommend it.
