I wear a back-brace everyday for support so I can defiantly give my honest review. I did receive this for free. This is perfect for this time of year it is summer here and I still need to wear my brace so it is a nice change to have a lightweight one to wear. The material is soft but strong very breathable, has straps on both sides so it is very adjustable to all sizes I am a true XL and it just fits so if you are larger I would not recommend this size.The metal is a light support . I loved it for me it's perfect. It's a lightweight breathable support brace. #loseweight
