I often travel to another time zone and having to set and re-set my watch all the time is a real pain. But with this Apson sports watch I never have to do that again! I can set two time zones and it very easy to switch between them with a simple push of the button! I love the easy of seeing the time in digital format much easier. The timer is great and the lite is just enough to see in the dark . The band is very comfortable to wear. We will get years of use from this and so will you.
