I never had solar lights before so this was a nice surprise ! They are so pretty and bright ! I only had them outside for about a hour and WOW did they shine bright ! I have see some solar lights and they are not bright , these really were bright! The controls are under the solar panel you can turn them on or off and there different modes to make them flash or stay on. I love them they really look like flowers lots of detail in them
