So soft ! I have a very bad back and am always looking for a cushion . This is beautiful ! Very wide fits all size chairs. The cushion is soft but firm so you don't sink ,it has curves so your legs are comfortable. The opening in the back works great at reveling pressure off my lower spine. I do feel it working so I am giving it a 5 star rating. I receive this for free for my honest review. #Chirodoc
