 I have a very bad back and have often used a pillow for my back ,but it always ends up on the floor ,or crushed into a lump. I have been using this ZIRAKI 5 in 1 Memory foam cushion for a few days and and I love it!! There are straps that keep the cushion in place so it don't fall all over . The pillow is fantastic soft but firm and keeps it's shape even after using it for hours. There is 2 covers a dark cover and the soft plush gray so you can coordinate with your chair. It also comes with 2 strap extenders so it will fit a very large chair . The straps are adjustable to keep the cushion in place. There is also a handle so you can easily travel with your ZIRAKI memory foam cushion from home to work or air. I almost forgot it also comes with a cooling gel that keeps you from sweating and it works !!
