 I never had a set of ceramic knifes before so I was very excited when I got to try these Catana set of 4 knives free to review. As soon as you open the box you get a wow there white blades! So very different and pretty. The handles are a beautiful shade of black and made out of super strong plastic. I love how lightweight each knife is. The blades are super,super sharp made chopping easy I did not have to apply much pressure at all to cut threw my vegetables. It comes in a lovely presentation box makes a very expensive look gift. Great for a housewarming or for anyone that loves to cook and want to have a statement piece in there kitchen. I love them and recommend them.
